Vikas Grewal is the Director of Business Development for FLEET. A seasoned maritime professional, Vikas drives FLEET’s core strategies for growth and leads the conversations with our world-class ship owners, shipping funds and financial institutions on our commercial offerings.

Vikas joined FLEET in 2009 as Marine Manager, Business Division and Assistant to FLEET’s Managing Director before progressing to his current role.

With a career spanning more than 26 years, he started his sea-going career in 1994 and has sailed on a wide range of vessels managed by UNIVAN, MOL Shipmanagement, and FLEET.

Vikas holds an MBA (Finance) from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. An experienced facilitator with coaching skills honed by International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Life Coach programme, he was awarded ‘Outstanding New Trainer’ by Hong Kong Management Association in May 2013. He is also Charter President at Tung Chung Toastmasters Club in Hong Kong.
