Pankaj Singhal joined Fleet in 2007 as a Technical Superintendent after sailing on a variety of dry cargo and tanker vessels. He has since gained experience handling various trades, including bulk carriers, ultra-large containers, wood chip carriers, and tankers. Pankaj has steadily advanced within the organisation to his current dual role as Global Director for Containers and Regional Head of Singapore. He is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the global container fleet and managing Fleet’s business interests within Singapore's maritime ecosystem.

An ex-Chief Engineer, Pankaj graduated with honours from the Marine Engineering and Research Institute. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, where he earned a professional qualification in dry cargo and tanker chartering. His sailing career has spanned various dry cargo and tanker vessels, serving esteemed owners and reputed oil majors. Leadership courses at the National University of Singapore have further honed his leadership skills. Pankaj actively contributes to various technical and safety committees of classification societies and other maritime organisations. He enjoys individual sports and has a keen interest in data analytics.
