Alex Drew joined Fleet in 2022 as Director of Procurement, where he leads and transforms our globally dispersed procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams. He is responsible for driving operational effectiveness and maximising the value procurement delivers to the business, ensuring a high return on investment for both Fleet and our customers. Alex is a passionate advocate for the benefits that procurement and supply chain can bring to ESG and sustainability, especially when combined with a partnership-oriented approach to supplier relationships.

With 30 years of experience in procurement and commercial leadership, Alex held several senior positions prior to joining Fleet, including Sun Life and Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and is a strong proponent of automation and simplification. By leveraging integrated systems and optimised processes, Alex empowers his teams to deliver greater value and enhanced services. Alex is also a World Rugby Accredited coach and is actively involved in Hong Kong junior rugby.
