Shah Irani joined Fleet as Chief Technology Officer in 2019, where he leads a large team of IT and digital experts responsible for driving the company’s overall technology strategy. Under his leadership, Fleet has advanced the adoption of IT and digital products across its 650+ managed vessels. This includes spearheading the development of Fleet’s PARIS 2.0 digital ecosystem, a cloud-hosted architecture built with the latest technology, including AI and machine-learning analytics.

Shah brings over 20 years of experience in digital and IT roles. Before joining Fleet, he served as Group IT Director for Dairy Farm, based in Hong Kong, where he led the customer-facing technology portfolio. His previous roles include technology leadership positions with large multinational companies in the UK and internationally. Shah graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics and is also Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Shah is an avid follower of Formula 1 and other motorsports, a dedicated Tottenham Hotspurs fan, and enjoys exploring new places.
