Tony Reynolds has 25 years of experience in both in-house HR and consulting roles across Asia, Europe, and New Zealand. In 2021, he joined Fleet when he became part of the Caravel Group to lead its Human Capital function. Tony is responsible for designing and delivering the Group's global HR strategy, leading the Global HR Team, and providing advisory services to the board.

Before joining Fleet, Tony spent nearly a decade in HR General Management with the Swire Group, focusing on employee experience strategies in their aviation and MRO businesses. Previously, he was a Director of Consulting at a UK-based firm, helping clients streamline vision and enhance organisational alignment. A native of New Zealand, Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Otago. He is married with two children, who occupy much of his time (except during rugby test matches!).
