Aditi Garg has been with Fleet since 2018, serving as Group Legal Counsel leading legal and regulatory affairs for The Caravel Group, including Fleet, Caravel Asset Management, Caravel Resources, and Caravel Shipping. Aditi oversees all legal matters, both strategic and operational, and collaborates with teams across Technical, Insurance, IT, Human Resources, and Business Development at Fleet. With extensive experience in contract negotiation, particularly in the maritime sector, she advises on procurement, investment and M&A agreements, vessel acquisitions, and dispute resolution. Aditi also chairs the ESG working committee and plays a key role in managing compliance with regulations like EU ETS and FuelEU, as well as overseeing privacy law compliance.

With a career spanning over 16 years, Aditi began as an M&A and private equity lawyer with a top-tier law firm in India, spending seven years in private practice before moving in-house. She studied Law at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. In her free time, Aditi enjoys reading and listening to her favourite podcasts.
