Ranvir Jatar is the Director of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) for the Tanker Division at Fleet. His joined Fleet in 2008, and his career began as a Deck Officer on oil tankers, advancing to the rank of Captain across various tanker and dry vessels. Since transitioning ashore in 2002 with a prominent Hong Kong ship management company, Ranvir has excelled in roles such as Technical Manager and Group Head.

Before joining Fleet, Ranvir spent 22 years gaining valuable experience in technical and marine roles, furthering his expertise in third-party ship management and safety systems. He holds a Master Mariner’s licence and has been instrumental in promoting safe practices and environmental care. Ranvir enjoys running, gym workouts, music, racquet sports, SCUBA diving, and skiing. He is a firm believer in the therapeutic value of sports and lifelong learning.
