Ranvijay Singh Rana is the Director of Dry Operations for Fleet, and joined Fleet as a junior officer in 1994. Together with his global operations team, he ensures the company’s fleet of dry cargo vessels transports cargo safely and efficiently. His responsibilities include charterparty performance, navigation safety, port operations, and compliance with cargo majors’ requirements.

Ranvijay completed his cadetship with Barber Ship Management in Hong Kong. A Master Mariner with extensive sea experience, he commanded various types of dry cargo vessels. He came ashore in 2004 to spearhead the development of the Dry Operations department. Ranvijay holds a degree in Nautical Science from Blackpool & Fylde College and completed the Executive Education Programme at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology’s Business School. He represents Fleet on the Executive Committee of InterCargo and actively contributes to various maritime industry working groups. In his spare time he likes to read and enjoys listening to music.
