Vikas Grewal is the Director of Business Development for Fleet. With over 15 years of tenure at the company, Vikas drives Fleet's core strategies for growth and leads the conversations with world-class ship owners, shipping funds, and financial institutions on the company's commercial offerings. Vikas joined Fleet in 2009 as Marine Manager, Business Division and Assistant to Fleet's Managing Director, before progressing to lead the Business Development division in 2014. Prior to Fleet he built experience in operations, commercial, and alliances departments of the Liner industry at CSAV Norasia (now part of Hapag-Lloyd) across Hamburg, New Delhi, and Hong Kong since 2004.

Vikas started his seagoing career in 1994 and has sailed on a wide range of vessels managed by UNIVAN, MOL Ship Management, and Fleet. He holds an MBA (Finance) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Vikas is an experienced facilitator with coaching skills honed by an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Life Coach program, and was awarded 'Outstanding New Trainer' by the Hong Kong Management Association in 2013. Currently, Vikas is the Charter President at Tung Chung Toastmasters Club in Hong Kong, where he enjoys fostering public speaking and leadership development.
