Mike Bradshaw is the Country Director responsible for our Cyprus office, overseeing day-to-day operations, safety, service excellence, and strategic customer account management, while also promoting Fleet’s presence in the wider European market. The Cyprus office manages a diverse portfolio of bulk carriers, tankers, PCTC, and container vessels. Mike began his seagoing career as a Dual Officer (Deck and Engine) with major energy companies, sailing on oil tankers and LNG vessels. After transitioning ashore, he held ship management roles in operations, commercial post-fixture, and Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ). He previously served as Global Head of HSSEQ, where he gained his expertise in leadership, culture, and safety.

Mike is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, the UK’s professional body for management and leadership. He is the Chairperson for the UK Chamber of Shipping’s Health and Safety Committee and the National Maritime Occupational Health and Safety Committee. Additionally, he sits on the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Marine Environmental Protection Association and is a member of the Marshall Islands Quality Council and Lloyd's Register's Hellenic Technical Committee. Mike's interests include spending time with family, personal fitness, and following Formula 1.
