Issaq M. Ansari is Director of Fleet Management’s Dry Bulk division, overseeing operations in the Hong Kong and Dubai markets. His maritime career began in 1996 when he joined Fleet as a Fourth Engineer. Over the course of nine years at sea, Issaq gained extensive experience across global waters, advancing to the position of Chief Engineer. In 2005, he transitioned to a shore-based role at Fleet’s headquarters in Hong Kong, where he steadily progressed to his current leadership position.

Issaq is deeply committed to leadership development and continuous professional growth. He has completed a postgraduate executive education program in Maritime Management at the World Maritime University and the LEAD program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also enjoys morning runs as part of his personal routine.
