Fleet Management Discusses Decarbonisation and Digitalisation at Singapore Maritime Week 2025

Singapore Maritime Week (SMW) 2025 is a significant annual gathering in the global shipping calendar. An estimated 20,000 visitors attended from close to 80 countries. The week-long cluster of conferences exhibits and fringe events in Singapore provided a platform for discussions on decarbonisation, digitalisation and risk management - core parts of Fleet Management’s strategic focus.

Fleet Management Leads Key Industry Discussions

Fleet Management participated in a packed programme of sponsorships, panel discussions and events at SEA Asia 2025 and SMW 2025, contributing to key industry discussions on AI, safety, decarbonisation and risk management.

At a ‘Risk Management in the Modern Maritime Economy’ panel discussion organised by Sea Asia 2025, Pankaj Singhal Product Director, Containers, joined industry leaders to discuss regulatory challenges, sanctions compliance, cybersecurity threats, and the role of ship managers’ in risk mitigation.  

Shah Irani, Chief Technology Officer, headlined a fireside chat on ‘AI and Safety in Shipping’, exploring AI’s role in enhancing safety, data quality, and decision making.  

At the Second Pan Asia Forum on Shipping and Port Decarbonisation, Arvind Singh presented on zero-emission technologies, highlighting Fleet Management’s leadership in dual fuel, green ammonia and methanol adoption.
